I am here to shift the paradigm of weightloss - and what women "think" they need to do to achieve their weightloss goals.Ā 

I like to work with clients by helping them learn the feelings, emotions and triggers held in the body . We do this through a series of processes - but awareness that you even have an emotional body is a great first step.

Healing past trauma, and body memories are the key to finding the weightloss you are looking for. The physiology depends on finding safety in the body to move and shift out of chronic fight /flight /freeze and fawn states.

When we stop living in a chronic fight or flight response - our hormones can start to work for us and not against us. Our digestion improves as does our immune system. Etc etc etc

It really is a two way pathway to finding the healthier version of yourself and healing - it really is emotional and physical .
