Where we will go together over the 6 weeks.....
Week 1 - Developing our food story and the subconscious mind -
Understanding on a deep embodied level what role food actually plays for you in your life ... how your relationship with food started and was formed... how it shows up in your life in a toxic way and building a compassionate story to reframe how food was used in your household. The subconscous mind is where 90 % of your thoughts actions and behaviours stem from. We will be learning about how our subconscious along with surivial biology may be keeping us in " stuckness" when it comes to constant burnout, overwhelm, self sabotage or dissociaton.
Week 2 : Healing the Hormones for Food Freedom
This course heavily focuses on the emotional and somatic experience of finding food freedom however there are hormones that work FOR US or AGAINST us when it comes to creating an internal ( body level ) state of safety - we will be going over the two gatekeeper hormones that will assist you in losing weight from a physical perspective- balance your blood sugar and lower stress hormone - After this week you will have a clear signal for hunger and satiety , start to sleep better and deeper, will start to have more consistent energy and Ditch the cravings !

Week 3 -Emotional Eating and Cravings are NOT the same thing: We learn the difference between these two often confused states and learn how to separate the food from the emotion or feeling . What are we really hungry for in life? And how food creates a false sense of state change . We will dive deep into the emotional body here and what we are looking to numb or what feeling are we trying to create. After this week you will begin to seriously see food as information and nourishment.
Week 4 - Using Pain as Your Portal - this is ( as feedback puts it ) the BEST week ever - as we explore emotions and how we can measure emotions in the human bodyÂ
We will look at if emotions and traumas are not worked out how they show up as emotional weight and driving behaviours towards filling or numbing with food . After this week you will have tools, techniques and resources to help somatically process stuck old emotion in the body.
Week 5: Subconscious Weight Loss Blockers And the Healing Mindset - There are the BIGGEST blocks that are stopping women from actually losing the weight ! And they are subconscious- meaning we will need to become aware, and then reprogram these so they are NO LONGER a block for you . Â After this week you will be able to understand the language of your emotions, learn to regulate before the binge, and rewrite your deep subconscious beliefs around your relationship to foodÂ
Week 6Â Becoming the Master of your Nervous SystemÂ
This is the part that makes it all come together. Learning the states of the system throughout the lens of the POLYVAGAL theory and how our nervous system is a FELT sense - a non verbal language - allows us to practice regulation from a theoretical and then embodied experience Â
We will learn the mechanics of the Nervous system , and how its been keeping you stuck in survival biology - not allow your body to release the weight or need to create false safety with food.Â
You will have clear and hand on experience with regulating in any moment - and left feeling in the drivers seat of your life experience.... say goodbye to binges and hello to sustained positive behaviour with food and bodyÂ
